What I liked about this comic strip panel is the theme the writer is trying to get across while using humor. The theme of this comic strip panel is global warming, specifically how humans are effecting the earth. The writer uses aliens as a humor aspect to talk about the changes on earth that are occurring because of human interactions. The aliens do an inspection on the earth every hundred years and every time they come back, the aliens see that there are less natural preservation than before. An example they use are trees and forest. By using these elements, the writer can show everyone what will happen in the future if people continue to tear up the earth.
